We are a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to our dogs

IN MEMORY OF GLORIA MAIBAUER
1924-2007

Gloria was a great animal lover. Her devotion to loving and caring for dogs was her destiny.

Gloria lived in East Brunswick for 46 years and was a retired Treasury supervisor for AT&T in Piscataway. In 2004 she relocated to Cape Coral, Florida, to be near her family. She was a member of St. Katherine Drexel Church in Cape Coral and of the AT&T Pioneers.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Gloria's memory to the welfare of the dogs at Pekes and Pals Canine Rescue, Inc. There are two ways to honor this loving, kind woman.

The following is a note from Ruth's daughter:

    Hi Peggy,
Here is my mom with one of our dogs, Abbey. She was their "Nana" and Abbey and all our dogs since her passing, have always chosen to sleep around my mother's chair and keep her company. She loved them dearly and called them "her babies." I think they are part of the reason that my mother lasted for 97 years!
    Sharon
